- License Refresher (COLPAC-239)
This course will satisfy the USCG exam requirements
for the renewal of a license as Master or Mate 25, 50,
100, 150 or 200 tons or OUPV for mariners that do not
have the required 360-days of qualifying experience for
renewal of their MMC.
Subjects include Rules of the Road, navigation and
safety regulations.
Prerequisites endorsements; The applicant must hold
an existing MMC Officer Endorsement as Master or Mate
200 tons or less or OUPV.

USCG approval:
- Any applicant who has successfully completed
your License Refresher (ColPac-239) course with
a passing grade of at least 90%, and who
presents your Certificate of Training within one
year of the completion of training, will satisfy the
examination requirements of 46 CFR 10.227(d)(8)
(i)(B) for renewal of any deck license endorsed
for service upon vessels of not more than 200
Gross Tons.
