Operator of Uninspected Passenger
    Vessel (OUPV) (COLPAC-345)

This course will satisfy the USCG exam requirements
for any Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessel
(OUPV) endorsement.

Subjects include navigation, seamanship, Rules of the
Road, Safety and Small Passenger Vessel Regulations.

No prerequisites courses or endorsements.

$900, including the $100 scheduling fee.

USCG approval:
    Any applicant who has successfully completed
    your 64-hour Operator of Uninspected Passenger
    Vessels (OUPV) course and presents your
    Certificate of Training within one year of the
    completion of training, will satisfy the
    examination requirements of 46 CFR 10.205(i)
    for original issuance, 46 CFR 10.209(c)(iii) for
    renewal, and 46 CFR 10.209(f) for reissuance of a
    license as Operator of Uninspected Passenger
    Vessels (Near Coastal).

    The workbook is included in the cost of the
    course, but you may purchase it for $50 to
    preview the course material. Bring the
    workbook with you on the first day of class

Course Registration and Schedule
This course is scheduled over eight consecutive days,
Monday through Monday (including the weekend) from
8AM through 5PM.

Registration is on the first day of the class and requires
a photo ID and full payment for the class. Acceptable
methods of payment are cash, check or credit card
(Visa or MasterCard).
